We want you to shop with confidence at StriveLux. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns


  • Items must be in their original condition with all accessories included.

  • Products showing heavy use, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note: in some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return to make the process easier.
