Order Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.  
To cancel your order, contact us at team@strivelux.com with your order number.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.  
In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the item.
